Pricing & Rehoming Fees

  • $30 to $60 per cavy/guinea pig.

  • Fees vary depending on the specific pedigree lines, coat types, and show-quality potential. Pets are usually from $30.

  • Show-Quality Structure: For exhibitors, our cavies are bred strictly to standard, preserving true pedigree lines that are increasingly hard to find in NZ.

How to Adopt or Enquire

Because we are two small family-run dedicated preservation cavy studs and not a commercial breeding facility, our guinea pigs are only available occasionally.  However, we do have the option of a waiting list.

  1. Check Availability: Review our current listings below to see if we have any young stock or adults ready to place. We do currently have a Trade Me listing.

  2. Local Collection Preferred: We highly prefer local pick-up here in Northland so you can collect your cavy safely.

  3. Out-of-Town Shipping: While we can occasionally arrange inter-island or out-of-town transit, please note that safe, climate-controlled animal transport is a costly option (at your end) and is only done under pre-approved circumstances.
